Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of our CRM platforms through various channels including phone, email, and online chat.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and guide users through the functionalities of the CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to facilitate efficient follow-up and resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to address complex customer inquiries and recommend process improvements.
  • Conduct user training sessions to enhance client understanding and use of the CRM platform.
  • Keep abreast of product updates and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support or CRM-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous.
  • A proactive approach to assisting customers and improving their experience.
