We're looking for a Sales Development Representative who's excited about using automation, smart workflows, and creative outreach to connect with enterprise clients at scale. You should be someone who's curious about new tools, loves experimenting with technology, and knows how to balance speed with quality.
In this role, you will:
🚀 Build, run, and improve high-scale enterprise outreach campaigns using the existing go-to-market strategy
🤝 Collaborate closely with Growth, Content, and Product teams to understand ICPs and craft tailored value propositions
🔧 Proactively test and introduce new outreach tools, automations, formats, and workflows to improve results
✍️ Create and customize outbound content and CTAs that resonate with target ICPs and industries
📊 Use technology, integrations, and automation platforms to execute account-based marketing outreach with precision and speed
Working Hours: This is a full-time, fully remote role, and candidates must be available to work fully within GMT hours.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you need:
✅ 2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR/BDR role
✅ Strong command of outbound tools such as Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
✅ Hands-on experience with automation platforms like n8n, Zapier, or similar
✅ Ability to create and customize outbound content and CTAs based on target ICPs and industry
✅ Strong command of English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
Brownie points:
⭐ Ability to create repeatable workflows across multiple platforms and tools
⭐ Ability to use GenAI models for audio, quick videos, gifs, or images
⭐ Familiarity with designing and carrying out experimentation-driven outbound marketing (creative testing, iterations)
⭐ Prior exposure to fast-moving startup or scale-up environments, especially in B2B, ecommerce, shopping, or retail verticals
Our ideal profile includes being curious and fast-learning, with a track record of experimenting with business development methods that leverage automations, LLMs, and other high-scale approaches. You're proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity.
