We’re looking for an IT Help Desk Support Engineer to be based in Hungary. This is a remote/home-based position to be based anywhere in Hungary. As an IT Help Desk Support Engineer you will provide intermediate-level technical support for end-user hardware and software. You'll also need to be able to diagnose and troubleshoot a wider range of technical issues, assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software, and mentor junior IT End User Technologist team members.
Please note that the working hours for this position will align with US working hours, spanning from 14:00 PM to 10:30 PM(CET) Monday to Friday.
What you'll do:
Deliver intermediate-level technical support for end-user hardware and software.
Diagnose and troubleshoot a wider range of technical issues.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
Mentor and guide IT End User Technologist I team members.
What you'll bring:
Associate degree in IT or related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
