Your Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance user experience.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in tech or transportation, is a plus but not mandatory.
