Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home appliances, ensuring they receive accurate information and effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support, particularly in home appliances or retail, is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
