Your Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about our food delivery services, addressing issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and improve service quality.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and the food industry.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
