Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.

- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance service delivery.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential. You must ensure that your nationality and native languange is clearly stated in your application.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
