Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to Disney + services, resolving issues and providing detailed information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to remain informed about Disney + offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service and knowledge of the entertainment industry, especially Disney.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
