As a representative, you will assist customers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring an outstanding experience with Mercedes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries related to vehicle specifications, service appointments, and warranty information via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
• Provide detailed information about Mercedes vehicles, features, and available services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and addressing any service-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with dealership staff and other internal teams to improve service delivery standards.
• Stay informed about the latest Mercedes models, features, and promotions to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive or luxury goods sector.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ability to effectively address inquiries and complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with automotive systems and customer service software is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
