Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent to work with JTI, one of the leading companies in the global tobacco industry. This role allows you to work in Greece while providing exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with questions related to JTI products and services.
  • Provide detailed product information and support, helping customers navigate their inquiries and concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to enhance the customer experience and maintain high service standards.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the consumer goods or tobacco sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to manage and resolve problems efficiently with a positive attitude.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn about JTI’s product offerings and industry standards.
