Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for Canon, one of the world's leading imaging solutions providers. This role presents a unique opportunity to work in Greece, where you will support Dutch-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional service and assistance with their Canon products.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to Canon products and services.
  • Provide detailed information on product features, usage, and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed support to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably with technology or imaging products.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Interest in photography or imaging products is a plus.
