Job Description

We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Designer to join our Product Design team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to design thoughtful, scalable B2B SaaS experiences. You will own design work for a squad or a well-defined problem space, with guidance from senior designers and your manager.

This role is ideal for someone who is solid in fundamentals, comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, and ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced, remote environment.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
  • Own the end-to-end product design process for a squad or defined initiatives, from discovery through delivery
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, explore solutions, and ship high-quality experiences
  • Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces aligned with product and business goals
  • Apply design best practices to create intuitive, scalable, and accessible user experiences
  • Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform design decisions and evaluate outcomes
  • Clearly communicate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders
  • Contribute to and help maintain the Loadsmart Design System by using existing components and suggesting improvements
  • Participate actively in design critiques and team rituals.

  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2–5 years of experience working as a Product Designer on digital products
  • Experience designing complex workflows, preferably in B2B or SaaS products
  • Strong foundation in UX fundamentals, including information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
  • Ability to define scope and plan design work independently within a given problem space
  • Experience conducting or supporting user research, from hypotheses to insights
  • Comfortable presenting design work and explaining decisions to designers, PMs, and engineers
  • Proficiency with Figma and modern design workflows
  • Familiarity with UX metrics and basic quantitative research concepts
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken, with daily collaboration in English
  • Open to feedback and comfortable working in a collaborative, remote environment.
