The Role: 

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to help shape the future of our platform and deliver intuitive, beautiful, user-centred experiences. 

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a high-impact role, inheriting a strong design foundation while driving fresh thinking across UX, UI, design systems, and AI-powered automation. You’ll work in a cross-functional squad alongside product, engineering, and Client Services teams, helping us create seamless workflows and meaningful solutions for our users. 

Key duties in this role will include: 

• Work collaboratively with Product Owners, Engineers, and Client Services to translate business goals into elegant user flows. 

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and discovery exercises to inform design decisions. 

• Produce wireframes, prototypes, UI layouts, and high-fidelity designs for new features and improvements. 

• Maintain and evolve a high standard of visual design consistent with our product’s identity. 

• Ensure new designs meet accessibility best practices and usability principles. 

• Own design responsibilities for AI/automation projects across squads. 

• Participate in regular design reviews, critique sessions, and cross-functional ceremonies. 

• Provide UX approvals before features reach production and contribute to QA from a design perspective. 

• Analyse feature performance and user feedback to iterate post-launch. 

• Shape the implementation of AI-based design processes, workflows, and recommendations. 

• Identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and usability enhancement. 

• Advocate for user-centred design, ensuring user empathy underpins every workflow and interface. 

• Bring new ideas, design trends, and innovative approaches into the product development process. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio. 
• Demonstrated mastery of foundational UI systems: typographic hierarchy, spacing scales, color theory, and component architecture. Able to build interfaces that are structurally consistent & visually appealing. 
• Understands how design decisions translate to development - component reusability, state management, edge cases, and responsive logic. 
• Solid UX skills across research, flows, prototyping, and testing. 
• Experience working in fast-moving product teams, ideally in a scale-up. 
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise, and drive projects independently. 
• Experience with or interest in AI-driven products and automation.
