Jetsnode is a B2B digital marketplace for business aviation, connecting aircraft operators and charter brokers through a modern, transparent platform.
Our mission is to replace fragmented, manual workflows (calls, emails, WhatsApp, spreadsheets) with a scalable digital solution that:

Jetsnode is already live and expanding internationally.
We are now entering the Indian market and are hiring our first commercial leader for India.
We are looking for a senior, hands-on Business Development & B2B Sales professional with direct experience in business aviation / private charter and an existing industry network in India.
This role is not a generic SaaS sales position.
You will be responsible for launching and growing Jetsnode in India end-to-end, leveraging your relationships with aircraft operators, fleet owners, aircraft managers, and charter brokers.
You will work closely with the founders and global leadership while fully owning the Indian market.
Build and manage relationships with business jet operators, aircraft managers, and charter brokers in India
Leverage your existing industry network to onboard partners onto the Jetsnode platform
Drive B2B sales of Jetsnode subscriptions to operators and brokers
Educate the local market on the value of a neutral B2B aviation marketplace
Represent Jetsnode in industry meetings, events, and partner discussions
Collect structured feedback from the Indian market and share insights with product and leadership teams
Help define and execute the commercial strategy for India as the market scales
5–10+ years of experience in business aviation, private charter, aircraft brokerage, or aviation services
Proven background in B2B sales or business development
Existing personal network of aircraft operators, fleet owners, aircraft managers, or charter brokers in India
Strong understanding of:
charter sales workflows
RFQs
aircraft availability
pricing and margins
Comfortable selling subscription-based or platform-style products
Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable being an early hire and building from zero
Fluent English (additional regional languages are a plus)
