Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide support and guidance related to products and services
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, general questions, and requests
• Manage order-related issues including delivery, returns, and refunds
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience through professional communication
• Accurately document interactions in internal systems
• Escalate complex cases when needed and work closely with other teams

Requirements

To be successful, you should have:

• Native or near-native French (C1/C2)
• Good English skills (B2+) for internal communication
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort using digital tools
• Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not mandatory
