As a representative, you will assist customers in Danish, addressing their inquiries and enhancing their experience with Dyson products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries regarding Dyson products, warranties, and service assistance via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
• Provide detailed information about product features, troubleshooting tips, and usage guidance.
• Assist customers with order tracking, returns, and product replacements as necessary.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for accurate record-keeping and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance service delivery and address product-related issues.
• Stay informed about new product launches and improvements to provide relevant assistance to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a tech or consumer goods environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mentality.
• Problem-solving abilities and capacity to handle inquiries effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is desirable.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
• Relocation to Greece is required for this position, and paid relocation assistance is provided.
