Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing initiatives by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential clients. This role is responsible for building and maintaining prospect lists, initiating outreach, and nurturing leads to support business growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as online directories, social media platforms, company websites, and databases
  • Schedule appointments accurately on the company calendar
  • Build and maintain accurate prospect and lead databases using CRM tools and spreadsheets
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, or other communication channels
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments or handoffs to the sales team
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel
  • Track, monitor, and report lead generation performance metrics
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and target market developments

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales support, telemarketing, appointment setting or similar role
  • Strong research, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar platforms)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in BPO, SaaS, or digital marketing industries
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead sourcing tools
  • Basic understanding of sales funnel and customer acquisition strategies
