Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of verified experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist, preferably with international clientele
Exceptional English communication abilities, encompassing both written and verbal proficiency
Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and leveraging online marketing channels
Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office
Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, such as Google Calendar
Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication proficiencies
Technologically adept with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges
Able to work the night-shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
Cultivate rapport and foster positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
Source potential sales leads and gather their contact information from diverse channels (e.g., social media, client referrals, events, online platforms, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
Establish and manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring the accuracy of all details.
Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks.
Formulate and implement criteria to assess lead quality and monitor conversion rates.
Attend to miscellaneous tasks as needed.
