About the Role

Were hiring a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across the European market for our client, an AI-powered platform transforming customer experience at scale. This role is ideal for a high-performing, consultative seller who thrives in full-cycle B2B SaaS sales, understands enterprise buying dynamics, and can clearly articulate ROI through value-based selling.

You'll own an enterprise territory, manage a robust pipeline, and work closely with prospects to understand their challenges, demonstrate impact, and close complex deals. This is a strategic role combining outbound execution, discovery-led conversations, and strong product storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop an enterprise territory in Europe, with a focus on Central Europe
  • Build, manage, and close a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities
  • Lead in-depth discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Educate prospects on how our client's AI platform improves efficiency and revenue growth
  • Demonstrate measurable ROI through consultative and value-based selling
  • Drive pipeline creation through strategic outbound programs
  • Become a trusted expert on the product, customer experience practices, and the AI landscape

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of closing experience in B2B SaaS, including large enterprise deals
  • Proven success owning full sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Strong track record of building pipeline and meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English
  • Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex buying groups
  • Strong understanding of customer experience and AI-driven solutions

Working Model

  • Hybrid (Warsaw or Kraków)
  • Remote work within Poland is acceptable
