We are seeking a high-velocity, experimental Senior Product Manager of Growth to lead the charge for our new direct-to-consumer mental health solution. This isn't a "maintenance" role; you will be the primary architect of our growth engine, designing the strategies that take us from zero to scale.
The ideal candidate views Growth as a system of loops rather than a funnel. You will own the entire lifecycle—from the first touchpoint of acquisition to the "Aha!" moment of onboarding and long-term retention. This is a role for a strategic tinkerer: someone who can see the big picture but isn't afraid to get their hands dirty building prototypes.
The consumer team is a newly formed team that is building the future of D2C mental health from scratch. The team is a lean, fast-moving team tasked with taking our newest product from stealth to launch within the next few months. We’re currently in the 'pre-launch' phase, looking for builders who thrive in ambiguity and want the autonomy to help drive growth for the product from day zero.
What you’ll be doing:
Build the Growth Engine: Own the strategy and execution for product growth levers across organic growth, new user conversion rate optimization, viral loops, and lifecycle engagement
Own the Outcomes: Drive our core growth metrics for new user conversion rate, product virality, organic growth rate and early
Rapid Experimentation: Ship weekly experiments. You’ll be responsible for the full loop: hypothesis, build, test, analyze, and pivot/scale - proving impact every step of the way
AI-Native Development: Leverage AI as a core tool to accelerate prototyping, personalize user journeys at scale, and automate growth workflows.
Synthesize Insights: Analyzing data and turning complex data sets and user feedback into clear, actionable product roadmaps. You’ll be the bridge between "what the data says" and "what we should build next."
Leadership & Communication: Communicate experiment results and strategic shifts to consumer leadership with total clarity and no fluff.
What you need to have:
5+ Years in Product: At least 3+ years specifically in B2C Growth. You have a "greatest hits" reel of experiments that significantly moved conversion or retention metrics.
A "Loop" Thinker: You understand how to build sustainable growth cycles (viral, content, or paid) rather than just chasing one-off hacks.
Data & Technical Fluency: You’re comfortable with SQL, specialized growth stacks (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Optimizely), and can hold your own in deep technical discussions with engineers.
AI-Forward: You use AI tools to increase your personal and team output. You understand the difference between "adding a chatbot" and building an AI-driven growth ecosystem.
Bias for action: Thrives in ambiguity, makes decisions fast, and validates assumptions early. Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining high quality standards.
