HHAeXchange is seeking a seasoned Principal Product Manager, Data Strategy & Platform. This role will be the product owner for how data is defined, governed, and used across HHAeXchange’s healthcare platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Clinical/Financial operations, ensuring that data powering RCM, EHR, Payroll, Payments, and the Universal Patient Record is accurate, connected, and trusted.
This is a senior individual contributor role for a healthcare product leader with deep experience in RCM and/or EHR systems, who can translate complex workflows and regulatory requirements into a cohesive, scalable data strategy that enables product innovation and operational excellence.

Essential Job Duties
Product-Led Data Strategy
Own the product vision and roadmap for HHAeXchange’s enterprise data platform.
Define how core clinical, operational, and financial data is modeled, linked, and surfaced across the product ecosystem.
Partner with domain PMs (RCM, EHR, Payroll, Payments) to align data structures to real-world workflows.
Healthcare Data Enablement
Ensure data models support claims, visits, authorizations, care plans, payroll, and payer rules.
Translate regulatory, audit, and reimbursement requirements into data standards and traceability.
Improve data lineage and reconciliation across payer-provider workflows.
Cross-Team Execution
Work deeply with Engineering, Architecture, and Platform teams to shape data services, APIs, and pipelines.
Prioritize data initiatives based on customer impact, revenue risk, compliance, and scalability.
Drive alignment across product teams on data definitions, metrics, and reporting.
Governance & Quality (Product-Driven)
Define data ownership, stewardship, and quality standards across product domains.
Establish validation, monitoring, and escalation processes for data defects.
Create visibility into data health for executives, product leaders, and operations.
Enable Analytics, AI & Innovation
Ensure product teams can build confidently on trusted data for reporting, automation, and AI use cases.
Enable faster experimentation and product delivery by reducing data ambiguity and rework.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
12+ years of experience in healthcare IT product management, preferably in RCM, EHR, or payer-provider platforms.
Strong understanding of claims workflows, clinical documentation, authorizations, eligibility, and reimbursements.
Experience working with data platforms, data warehouses/lakehouses, and analytics tools.
Proven ability to partner with Engineering and Architecture on platform-level systems.
Deep familiarity with healthcare data regulations and compliance requirements.
Executive communication and influence skills as a senior IC.
Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.
