The Recruiting Operations Manager role will create thoughtful processes, leveraging technology, and supporting others to do their best work. As our Recruiting Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and refining our recruitment workflows. Your focus will be on ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring manager. This role balances process improvement, technology, compliance, and people development in a collaborative environment.
Primary Duties:
Process Management: Lead the charge to enhance recruiting processes, ensuring they are clear, effective, and considerate of everyone involved, from sourcing to onboarding.
System & Data Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data is accurate. You’ll build dashboards to help us understand key hiring metrics and make informed decisions.
Training & Support: Provide guidance and training to recruiters and hiring managers on interview techniques to align recruiting strategies to organizational goals.
Compliance and reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal standards.
Program Innovator: Take ownership of special projects and new program launches in partnership with recruiting and business leaders.
Technology & Innovation: Explore and implement technology solutions, including AI, to improve both the candidate and hiring manager experiences.
People Leader: Mentor and develop a small but mighty team of 2-3 Recruiting Assistants.
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years in recruitment, with at least 2 years leading/mentoring others.
Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field).
Comfort with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and a love of operational excellence. Experience with Lever is a big plus.
Proven organizer, communicator, and analytical thinker.
Solid knowledge of compliance, labor laws, and hiring best practices.
Physical Requirements:
Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
