Lodgify

Senior People Data Analyst

Job Description

 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior People Data Analyst to build and scale Lodgify’s People Analytics capabilities. You will turn People data into trusted, actionable insights that help leaders and the People team make better decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of People, data, and business partnership. You will work with People Ops, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance/FP&A (workforce planning), and IT/HRIS to improve the quality of our People data, define clear metrics, and enable a healthy self-serve analytics culture.

⭐ How you will make an impact
  • People Data Infrastructure & Governance: Unify data from key sources (Personio, Lever, 15Five) into a trusted source of truth with high standards for data quality, documentation, and GDPR compliance.
  • Analytics, Metrics & Insights: Own core People metrics and build the dashboards that help leadership move from "what happened" to "what to do next" through deep-dive analysis.
  • Leadership Partnership & Self-Serve Enablement: Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating business questions into measurable insights and raising overall data literacy across the organization.
  • Operational Excellence & Survey Insights: Turn survey and feedback signals into clear recommended actions while building scalable reporting processes that reduce manual work.

  • ⭐ What makes you a great fit
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in HRBP or People Teams, with at least 2-3 years specifically focused on People Analytics, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Experience designing and implementing end-to-end People data processes, including data hygiene, metric definitions, reporting workflows, and documentation.
  • Strong business partnering skills: able to translate complex People data (headcount, turnover, costs) into actionable insights for HRBPs, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solver: capable of organizing fragmented HR data, defining metrics, and creating scalable reporting solutions.
  • Tool-agnostic and pragmatic: able to assess, select, and implement the right analytics platforms and methodologies to support organizational decision-making.
