Sales Director
Hybrid (London) | Full-time
A premium, design-led food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale, retail, hospitality, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy, close strategic accounts, and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally.
What you will do
Own and execute sales strategy across all channels
Win and grow key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partnerships
Lead pricing, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management
Represent the brand at key industry events and tastings
About you
5+ years of experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, founder-friendly mindset
Strong negotiator and relationship builder
Passion for high-quality products and brand-led growth
Package
£65k–£75k base + commission + performance bonus
