Sales Director
Hybrid (London) | Full-time

A premium, design-led food & beverage brand is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale its sales function across wholesale, retail, hospitality, and direct-to-consumer channels.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who can define sales strategy, close strategic accounts, and build scalable sales processes as the business expands in the UK and internationally.

What you will do

  • Own and execute sales strategy across all channels

  • Win and grow key wholesale, retail, and hospitality partnerships

  • Lead pricing, proposals, forecasting, and pipeline management

  • Work closely with supply chain and marketing to support sustainable   growth
  • Represent the brand at key industry events and tastings

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales or commercial leadership role

  • Proven success within FMCG, food & beverage, wellness, or premium consumer brands
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, founder-friendly mindset

  • Strong negotiator and relationship builder

  • Passion for high-quality products and brand-led growth

Package

  • £65k–£75k base + commission + performance bonus
