We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, build high-performing sales teams, and drive consistent execution against business targets. This role requires a strong sales leader who can balance hands-on selling with team management, pipeline ownership, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of closing deals, managing end-to-end sales cycles, and mentoring sales teams to consistently exceed targets. You should be equally comfortable engaging with customers, negotiating complex deals, and reviewing numbers to improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive overall sales performance, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to improve conversion rates, deal size, and sales productivity.
  • Manage the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, lead follow-ups, and account expansion.
  • Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and potential partnerships to accelerate growth.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, forecast revenue accurately, and report performance metrics to leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve lead quality and customer retention.
  • Understand customer needs and market trends to refine sales messaging and positioning.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate data tracking, and disciplined sales processes across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–7 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a sales leadership or team-handling role.
  • Strong expertise in B2B and/or B2C sales, including consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence both customers and internal stakeholders.
