Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Australia)
Function: Sales
Reports to: VP of Revenue

The Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Reach, you’ll land new enterprise customers and drive significant net-new revenue across complex, multi-region organizations. This is a senior hunter role focused on owning high-value enterprise sales cycles end-to-end and closing six- and seven-figure deals.

You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders, Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams to help global organizations understand and unlock the value of Reach’s Merchant of Record platform.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Source and close net-new enterprise opportunities with a strong outbound focus.
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Lead executive-level discovery and complex negotiations.
  • Close $500k+ ACV deals, including multi-year agreements.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting and deal execution using MEDDPICC.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years selling enterprise SaaS, FinTech, payments, or ecommerce solutions.
  • Proven success closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong executive presence and commercial discipline.
  • Experience selling across regions and navigating complex buying committees.
  • A structured, ownership-driven approach to enterprise selling.
