Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and service improvement.
- Work closely with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
- Receive training and support throughout your relocation process.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work well in a team setting.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture.
- Familiarity with customer support tools is a plus.
