Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Slovenian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and orders.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain records of customer interactions for service quality improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
