Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Educate customers about available services and offer personalized assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery continuously.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment.
- Interest in the travel and customer service industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service software is advantageous.
