We are looking for a highly skilled and forward-thinking Content Manager to lead the creation, management, and optimization of content designed specifically for Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-driven systems. This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, language, data, and emerging AI technologies. You will play a critical role in shaping how AI understands, generates, and responds to human language at scale.

As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for building high-quality datasets, crafting structured prompts, defining content standards, and ensuring linguistic accuracy, contextual relevance, and ethical alignment across all AI outputs. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, product managers, and data teams to translate business and user needs into scalable, AI-ready content frameworks.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and manage high-quality textual content used for training, fine-tuning, and evaluating LLMs.
  • Develop and maintain prompt libraries, conversation flows, and instruction datasets aligned with product and business goals.
  • Define content taxonomies, annotation guidelines, and style frameworks to ensure consistency across AI training data.
  • Review, curate, and refine large volumes of AI-generated and human-written content for accuracy, relevance, bias, and tone.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to improve model performance through content iteration, feedback loops, and evaluation insights.
  • Lead content quality audits, error analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for AI outputs.
  • Establish best practices for AI content ethics, inclusivity, safety, and compliance.
  • Mentor junior content specialists and reviewers, setting clear quality benchmarks and workflows.
  • Stay updated with advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, AI alignment, and language model evaluation techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–12 years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or structured content creation, with exposure to AI or ML-driven products.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and generative AI workflows.
  • Exceptional command of language, grammar, and semantics, with the ability to write and edit at scale.
  • Experience working with annotated datasets, content labeling, or AI training data is highly preferred.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess AI responses and translate insights into content improvements.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Familiarity with content management tools, annotation platforms, and AI evaluation frameworks is a plus.
