Job Description

We’re looking for a high-performing Outbound Sales Specialist with proven experience selling marketing services. This role sits at the front line of revenue and works directly with the CEO to turn interest into booked calls and closed deals.

You’ll own outbound email campaigns, follow up with engaged prospects, and confidently get decision-makers on calls. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role for someone who understands how buyers actually evaluate and purchase marketing services—not just how to send emails.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales & Client Acquisition

  • Run high-volume outbound email campaigns using HubSpot, including sequencing, personalization, and follow-ups
  • Write and iterate high-converting outbound copy (AI-assisted, but human-led) with strong hooks and reply-driving angles
  • Develop and test new messaging, value propositions, and positioning to improve reply and booking rates
  • Cold call warm or semi-warm leads who have engaged with emails (opens, clicks, replies, site visits)
  • Qualify prospects and book sales calls for the CEO or senior leadership

Sales Enablement & Deal Support

  • Shadow the CEO on sales pitches and discovery calls to deeply understand the offer, objections, and buying triggers
  • Send clear, timely post-call follow-up emails with summaries, next steps, and action items
  • Ensure a smooth handoff from outbound to sales conversations

CRM & Performance Optimization

  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene in HubSpot (contacts, pipelines, notes, activity tracking)
  • Track performance across campaigns and follow-ups
  • Continuously improve outbound results through testing, feedback, and iteration

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling marketing or digital services (agency, consultancy, or B2B services required)
  • Expert-level HubSpot experience, especially outbound email sequencing and CRM workflows
  • Strong copy instincts — you understand hooks, pain points, curiosity gaps, and call-booking psychology
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, but able to guide, edit, and elevate messaging beyond generic output
  • Confident on the phone, especially when calling warm or engaged leads
  • Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with follow-ups and CRM management
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership and receiving direct feedback

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling retainers, performance marketing, or growth services
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, email deliverability, and outbound best practices
