- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Document interactions and provide feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with a team to enhance customer support strategies and operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece for the role.
- Basic knowledge of customer service software is a plus.
