About the Opportunity:

Your Title: Associate, People Operations
Your Location: Remote - Anywhere in the U.S. (EST or CST preferred)
Reports To: Senior Manager, People Operations
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST
Compensation: $23.86/hour + bonus
The Associate, People Operations plays a key role in supporting a wide range of People Operations functions, including onboarding, employee relations, performance programs, compliance, and HR technology. This position is essential to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and strong alignment between HR practices and organizational goals.
