  • Resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on service offerings and address any concerns they may have.
  • Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

  • Willingness to relocate to Greece is essential.
