Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, bookings, and travel details.
- Resolve complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on service offerings and address any concerns they may have.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece is essential.
- Interest in the transportation industry is an advantage.
