Job Description

We are looking for Polish speakers - Customer Support Representatives to join an international company. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Support customers via phone, email, or chat

• Resolve inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality

• Escalate complex issues when necessary

Requirements:

• Fluent or native level of Polish and C1 in English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-oriented attitude
