Job Description

We are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to join our growing hospitality recruitment agency. You will be responsible for winning new clients, developing long-term partnerships, and driving revenue growth across the hospitality sector.

Experience within hospitality or hospitality-related sales is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
  • Build and manage strong relationships with clients (hotels, restaurants, pubs, contract catering, schools, hospitals, offices)
  • Present recruitment solutions tailored to client needs
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to deliver high-quality staffing solutions
  • Manage leads, clients, and sales pipeline using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Attend industry events and networking meetings
  • Report on pipeline, performance, and revenue

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
