As our Full Stack Developer, youll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support our clients unique needs. Youll work closely with our creative and consulting teams to translate artistic visions into seamless digital experiences. Your work will directly impact how theaters, performers, and arts organizations connect with their audiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a focus on performance and usability

Collaborate with designers, consultants, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end components

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes

Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in web development and the performing arts sector

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)

Solid experience with back-end development using Node.js, Python, Ruby, or similar technologies

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

Ability to balance technical expertise with creative problem-solving

Passion for the arts and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by performing arts organizations is a plus

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
