As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group, you will provide high-quality customer assistance across multiple channels, including chat, voice, and email. Your role ensures an excellent customer experience, strengthens customer relationships, and meets performance and quality targets.
You will contribute to operational excellence by maintaining high standards of efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement throughout the customer journey.
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and email
Accurately update CRM systems with relevant customer information
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely support
Support customer retention and loyalty by ensuring successful resolution of inquiries
Maintain a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused approach
Collaborate effectively with team members and management
Proactively identify emerging issues and suggest process improvements
Ensure performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are met
Danish: C2 level (mandatory)
English: B2 level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Base Salary: €1,500 gross/month (paid 14 months)
Complexity Bonus: €80 gross/month (paid 11 months)
Stable weekday schedule
