: Sales Development Representative

Monthly Rate: $1250 - 2150/month

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed:

- Make 500 to 1,000 outbound calls per day using Salesfinity or a similar parallel dialer

- Cold call owners, operators, executives, and functional leaders

- Qualify prospects and book demos for the executive team

- Own the SDR pipeline from first touch through meeting booked

- Maintain clean, accurate data in HubSpot CRM

- Use Slack to coordinate with leadership and sales

- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT and call intelligence platforms) to improve scripts, objections, and follow ups

- Continuously refine messaging based on call feedback and results

- Hit daily activity targets and weekly/monthly meeting goals consistently

Good to have:

- (Experience with at least 1 tool) Dialing & Calling: Salesfinity, Orum, Nooks, Five9, Aircall, RingCentral

- (Experience with at least 1 tool) Prospecting & Data: Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Seamless.ai, Lusha, HubSpot CRM (Required), Salesforce, HubSpot Meetings, Calendly, Chili Piper

- (Experience with at least 1 tool) Communication & Collaboration: Slack or Google Workspace

- (Experience with at least 1 tool) AI & Sales Enablement: ChatGPT, Gong, Chorus, Avoma, Fireflies (or similar call intelligence tools)

- AI-assisted scripting, call review, and follow-ups

- LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Outreach or Salesloft

- Zapier or Make

- Loom or Vidyard

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- 1 to 3+ years of high volume cold calling experience

- Prior SDR or outbound sales experience in: Manufacturing (strongly preferred)/Logistics/Real estate/Construction/Industrial or operational industries

- Experience managing pipeline and activity in HubSpot CRM

- Familiarity with outbound and sales tools such as: Salesfinity or other parallel dialers, Apollo or similar prospecting platforms, Slack

- Proven ability to book real meetings, not just have conversations

- Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

- Communication Requirements: Fluent, clear, neutral English appropriate for U.S. executive conversations

- Extremely easy to understand over the phone

- Confident, professional, and authoritative phone presence
