Remote Social Media Manager (Short-Form Video) for a USA Company

We are looking for a Social Media Manager in all LATAM with a strong short-form video background to lead content creation across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

This role goes beyond editing. You’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, filming (on-camera), and editing high-performing short-form content that connects with audiences and drives engagement. You’ll work closely with the Taxframe team while owning execution end-to-end and shipping content consistently at a high creative standard.

You’ll also help support and expand the client's creator network, playing a key role in how the brand shows up across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate, create, edit, and publish short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Be on camera and record original footage for Taxframe’s social channels
• Maintain high creative standards while consistently shipping content
• Autonomously generate large volumes of content with minimal creative guidance
• Create content designed to drive strong attention and engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
• Understand and apply platform-specific trends, formats, and best practices
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on what resonates with audiences
• Support and help grow Taxframe’s creator network as the brand scales

Requirements

• Strong social-native instincts with deep understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Proven experience creating short-form video content (portfolio links required)
• Comfortable ideating, filming, and editing content independently
• Personal social media presence with 10k+ followers on TikTok and/or Instagram
• Clear understanding of virality: what works, why it works, and how to replicate success
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of content output
