Senior Culture Program Manager

Job Description

As our Program Manager - Inclusion & Culture, your mission is to create, manage, and evolve programs that build strong community connections, foster a culture of inclusion, and help every Chainguardian feel engaged, empowered, and supported.

You’ll work cross-functionally to build new programs from scratch, manage our employee communities, lead volunteering initiatives, and create exceptional onboarding and intern experiences. You’re the driving force behind programs that make Chainguard a place where people not only work but thrive.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead our communities program: Design and support virtual and IRL clubs where Chainguardians can come together around shared hobbies, interests, and backgrounds. Help build spaces that make people feel connected, whether it’s a book club, a D&D group, or a professional affinity space.
  • Create and manage volunteering initiatives: Develop and roll out programs that give back to our local and global communities. You’ll identify opportunities, work with external organizations, and empower Chainguardians to make an impact.
  • Manage our onboarding experience: Lead a comprehensive onboarding program for all new Chainguardians, with a core focus on embedding our culture and inclusion principles from day one.
  • Lead the intern experience: Work with our engineering org to build a welcoming, enriching cultural experience for our interns, ensuring they feel part of the team from the moment they join.
  • Build and grow new inclusion and culture programs: As Chainguard evolves, you’ll analyze employee sentiment and business needs to introduce new programs that keep our culture vibrant and inclusive.

Base Salary Range
$174,000$205,000 USD
