Technical Project Manager (Romandy, Switzerland)

Our solutions support emergency services, public safety agencies, and government organizations in responding faster, communicating clearly, and making confident decisions when it matters most.

As we expand our presence in Switzerland, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) based in Romandy to lead customer operations, drive new project implementations, and support regional growth.
 
The Role
This is a hybrid role combining technical project leadership with hands-on system implementation. You will own live customer environments (RUN & Maintenance), lead technical deployments for new projects, and act as the primary technical interface for Swiss customers. You’ll collaborate closely with international teams across France, Italy, Hungary, and the UAE.
 


What you'll do:
  • Own and manage the Swiss customer portfolio, ensuring service continuity and high satisfaction
  • Handle incident management, change requests, and SLA-based maintenance
  • Plan and deliver upgrades, enhancements, and technical roadmaps
  • Coordinate stakeholders across customers, partners, and internal teams

  • Technical Implementation
  • Deploy and configure Techwan / Everbridge solutions in on-prem environments
  • Administer Windows Server infrastructures
  • Automate operations using PowerShell
  • Manage and optimize MS SQL databases
  • Deploy applications using GIT-based workflows
  • Integrate with third-party systems via APIs
  • Troubleshoot, test, and debug during rollouts and live operations

  • Growth & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Support pre-sales activities: demos, workshops, and technical discussions
  • Build trusted relationships with government and public safety clients
  • Contribute to regional expansion and partner enablement
  • Travel locally to customer and partner sites

  • What you'll bring:
  • 8–10 years’ experience in System Engineering, DevOps, Implementation, or Technical Project Management
  • Strong Windows Server administration skills
  • Solid PowerShell scripting experience
  • Good knowledge of MS SQL Server
  • Experience with GIT and version control
  • Hands-on API and third-party system integration
  • Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Fluent in French and English

  • Nice to have:
  • Ansible, DevOps, or infrastructure automation experience
  • GIS or telephony integrations (Cisco, Avaya, Zetron)
  • .NET / C# exposure
  • IIS, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, JIRA
  • Agile, PMP, or ITIL certification
