Technical Lead Developer (AU Payment Platform, WFH)

Job Description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Tech Stacks: 

• React 
• Typescript 
• Node 
• DynamoDB 
• AWS 

Skills Required:

• Delivered projects from PoC to production.
• Used SST, CloudFormation, or Serverless Framework for deployment.
• Proficient in writing systems using Typescript Lambda framework.
• Experience with OOP languages (TS, C#/Java/Kotlin preferred).
• Proven experience with DevOps tools in AWS (e.g., GitHub, CircleCI).
• Skilled in monitoring AWS environments and services.
• Good understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Ability to script and manage AWS environments as code.
• Familiarity with CloudFormation, VPCs, RDS, DDB, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, and Lambda.

What will you do? 

• Lead the development of serverless platform 
• Work and participate in an agile team environment including ceremonies 
• Lead the development of TS/Node/Dynamo 
• Able to coach and mentor Developers and newbies 
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of APIs. 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define API requirements. 
• Ensure APIs are scalable, secure, and performant. 
• Set technical standards and best practices for API development. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. 
• Conduct code reviews and provide solution, constructive feedback. 
• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions. 
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. 
• Manage API versioning and lifecycle. 
• Implement and enforce security best practices. 
• Ensure high availability and reliability of API services. 
• Optimize API performance and scalability. 
• Participate in client and partner meetings to discuss API solutions.
