Novel is looking for a Business Development Executive having experience in a Staffing & Recruiting Company who is responsible for developing new client acquisition and maintaining strong relationships with client companies, identifying their staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and closing deals to place those candidates while actively managing the client relationship post-placement to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.

**4 - 7 Years of experience in Business development/New Client Acquisition from Staffing Industry**

**US Citizen or Green Card Holders**


Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Development:

  • Actively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis with potential clients to understand their staffing requirements and challenges.
  • Develop and present customized staffing solutions to meet client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure business.

Sourcing and Candidate Quality:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs and identify appropriate candidate profiles.
  • Communicate these requirements to delivery manager, ensuring they source qualified candidates that align with company standards.
  • Review candidate profiles to assess fit and potential.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement.
  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional staffing services.
  • Conduct post-placement check-ins to monitor candidate performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven business development experience in the staffing industry, ideally with a track record of successful client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to identify client needs and tailor staffing solutions accordingly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure business deals.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems to manage client and candidate data effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Proficient with Sales Navigation tools and applications, including Sales Navigator, ZOHO, HubSpot and very proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
