We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals with prospective clients. Your primary focus will be on nurturing relationships with leads provided by our Business Development Representatives and converting them into loyal clients.
• Conduct 6-10 demo calls with prospective clients daily.
• Develop and deliver tailored presentations that address client needs and highlight our unique value proposition.
• Manage a sales pipeline using HubSpot, ensuring accurate tracking of deals and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure lead quality and gather feedback.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by closing 20+ deals per month.
Requirements
• Experience: 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on closing deals.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Sales Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with a passion for sales.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in staffing, recruitment, SaaS, advertising, or professional services is a plus.
