Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (5+ years experience) to join our team and help shape the future of our AI-driven automation platform. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, make critical architectural decisions, and ensure our SaaS product scales effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Act as the primary technical guide for a team of developers, designers, and product managers. You will foster a collaborative environment, provide constructive feedback, and help team members grow.
• Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and founders. You will be the "bridge" that ensures everyone is aligned on the product roadmap.
• Strategic Decision Making: Participate in high-level discussions regarding the app’s architecture, feature set, and long-term scalability. You will be responsible for choosing the right tools and methods to solve business problems.
• Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of our SaaS platform, ensuring code quality, security, and performance across both the frontend and backend.
• Project Orchestration: Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize tasks, manage technical debt, and ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements

Technical Skills Requirements:

• Full Stack Mastery (TypeScript): Extensive experience building scalable applications using TypeScript on both the frontend and backend.
• Node.js Expert: Minimum of 5 years of experience with the Node.js engine, specifically using frameworks like FastifyJS or NestJS for robust backend services.
• Frontend Proficiency: Deep expertise in ReactJS and Next.js to create seamless, high-performance user interfaces.
• Communication & Telephony (Twilio): At least 2 years of hands-on experience integrating Twilio APIs for voice, SMS, or automation workflows.
• API Design: Proven track record of designing clean, maintainable, and secure RESTful APIs that can handle complex data flows.
• DevOps & Deployment: Professional experience working with Docker and containerized environments to ensure consistent application performance across different stages.
• Payments & Third-Party Integrations: Experience implementing Stripe for SaaS subscription billing and managing Zapier developer integrations for workflow automation.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and find elegant solutions to technical hurdles.
• Prompt Engineering & Orchestration: Proven ability to design effective prompts and use orchestration frameworks (like LangChain or LlamaIndex) to build complex, multi-step AI workflows.

• Internet Connection:
• Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.

• Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

• Desktop or laptop equipped with at least:

• A minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Backup Device:
• Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
• Must be functional during power interruptions.

• A functioning webcam.
