Overview
NeoReach is seeking a Senior Account Executive  to drive new brand revenue through aggressive outbound efforts, deep industry relationships, and high-impact deal execution. This role is designed for a senior, quota-carrying closer with an established rolodex of brand and agency decision-makers who can independently generate pipeline and convert relationships into meaningful revenue.

This is not an account management or team leadership role. This is a hands-on, revenue-driving individual contributor role focused on net-new business, deal expansion, and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Personally source and generate new business through outbound, referrals, and existing relationships
  • Activate an existing network of brand and agency contacts immediately
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through close and expansion
  • Carry a significant individual quota ($3M+ annually)
  • Lead and close six- and seven-figure brand and agency partnerships
  • Develop and present compelling sales narratives, proposals, and decks
  • Structure custom influencer, UGC, and paid social programs aligned to client KPIs
  • Own pricing, scoping, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and multi-quarter programs
  • Partner cross-functionally with Talent, Campaign Operations, and Leadership to ensure sold programs are executable and profitable
  • Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, forecasting, and pipeline reporting
  • Provide market feedback to inform positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years in brand partnerships, sales, or business development within influencer marketing, digital media, creator platforms, or adjacent categories
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source pipeline and personally close business
  • Successful track record closing six-figure programs
  • Existing relationships with brand and/or agency decision-makers strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex deal structures
  • Polished communication and presentation skills
  • Resourceful, competitive, and highly accountable
  • Operates with urgency and can thrive in a high-velocity environment

  • Commissions paid on all originated revenue, including renewals and expansions
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000–$400,000+, based on performance
