Something & Nothing is disrupting the global soda category with a range of award-winning Premium Sodas designed for the modern consumer. Our beverages are available in the US, UK, and Europe, and can be found at the world’s best retailers, hotels, cafes, and restaurants.

We are looking for someone with strong, proven experience in customer service and sales administration. You will be working in our Operations team, but will be solely responsible for Customer Service and Sales Admin. You will have flexibility and autonomy to do what is best to get the job done.

Your responsibilities

Wholesale Customer Admin

  • Set up all new wholesale customers and manage database
  • Work with sales and finance team to ensure pricing and promotional funding is correctly invoiced
  • Complete customer new line forms
  • Manage the product information database to ensure accurate and relevant information is available to all members of the team
  • Reconcile orders and ensuring timely completion of orders in our WMS
  • Exporting and sharing of sales reports upon request

Wholesale Order Processing

  • Process wholesale orders, ensuring orders are sent on time and in full.
  • Book in collection/delivery with warehouse & transport companies.
  • Resolve any order or delivery issues.

Customer Service

  • Responding to B2B and DTC customer queries and, if needed, direct them to relevant people in the team
  • Proactively reaching out to customers who experience any delivery issues
  • Offering advice and support to help customers find stockists and distributors
  • Arrange samples and update the samples tracker to support the Sales team in securing new customers
  • Assistance in training our AI systems to reduce the number of customer service tickets (We believe that AI plays a strong part in supporting our human team; we do not see it as a means of replacement)

Production Admin

  • Ensure productions are accurately logged in our ERP post completion
  • Add/complete Purchase orders to our ERP

Product Information Management

  • Create sell sheets for each product, and ensure all information is up to date.
  • Update and maintain the product information hub
  • Share product information with relevant partners as needed

Global Team Support

  • Work with our team across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia to support with administrative tasks
