This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and committed to providing exceptional support to airline customers. As a representative, you will assist passengers in Italian, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a pleasant travel experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
  • Provide accurate information on flights, baggage policies, and travel regulations.
  • Assist customers with reservation modifications and provide support during the check-in process.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with airline personnel and other departments to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Stay informed about airline promotions, services, and travel advisories to provide relevant assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems and customer service software is desirable.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Relocation to Greece is required for this position.
