We are looking for German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team. You will provide high-quality support and ensure an excellent customer experience for German-speaking clients.
Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems
Escalate complex cases when required
Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
Good level of English (B2 or higher)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work on-site
Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
